The Brief
South Haven was very excited when we received the go-ahead to renovate this building. We were ready to take our expertise for creating high quality spaces, and enduring relationships, to the next level.
Our project brief was to transform the existing building with limited options, into one that provides high-end amenities and beautiful, light, functional spaces for the enjoyment and comfort of our valued tenants. We wanted to create a building which enabled commercial and retail businesses to thrive.
The Works
We embarked on an extensive building upgrade which included extensions to front and rear, with new, eye-catching glass façade and new building entries at both ends, all under cover of a new roof. We created sun-filled, spacious foyers and desirable retail spaces with outdoor areas.
We modernised spaces with new fit-outs and new amenities throughout. As part of the upgrade, the car park was re-painted, re-revitalised and lighter, brighter wayfinding was installed. All building services and four lifts were also replaced.
The Outcome
An iconic building in prime Box Hill commercial/retail office precinct. An enviable address which is inspiring, functional and puts occupants at the heart of all the area has to offer, including transport, amenities, Box Hill Shopping Centre and a myriad of restaurants.
